By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer acknowledges and accepts the outlined
responsibilities and scope of work.
Scope: All work described in the Included Scope above. Any work not listed is not
included unless agreed in writing.
Structural excluded: piers, joist/beam repairs, subfloor sheet replacement,
engineering, foundation modifications.
Owner supplies: none required.
Contractor supplies: 6-mil vapor barrier, PVC crawlspace door, AprilAire E070
dehumidifier, condensation pump and discharge line, electrical materials, vent-sealing materials.
MEP contingency: if live wiring/plumbing is found during the work, a change order
covers rerouting.
Notes:
**Jobsite will be left clean once completed.
**Contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while repairing the foundation.
Warranty:
**12 months workmanship.
